Sweetzfree (http://www.sweetzfree.com/)

Ok, so it's really not sugar, but "it's made from sugar so it tastes like sugar" or so they tell me. As you might have guessed, it's sucralose (splenda), only this doesn't have all the maltodextrin filler that spenda has. Sucralose is ~500-600 times sweeter than sucrose. Obviously since it doesn't have calories, you probably aren't going to rely on this stuff for all your sweetening needs. However, for when I just want something a bit sweeter than it already is, one drop will usually do it. I normally pack my food a little on the unsweetend side. I don't eat much sugar at home and I've found that if I'm nauseaded, tired, and generally sick, sweet stuff usually makes it worse. However, there is the rest of the time, and for that I keep it in one of these (http://www.backpackinglight.com/cgi-bin/backpackinglight/microdrop_dropper_bottle.html) and some Dave's ultimate insanity sauce (http://www.firegirl.com/hs1125ui.html) in another. The ordering for sweetzfree is a little wonky, but once you get some, it'll last you for a long time. Now if I could just find SUL salt. :D speedy
