Parking at Deep Gap

I'm planning on doing a day hike this weekend and was interested about the parking situation at Deep Gap. I really have 2 questions:

*) How many slots does the parking lot have?
*) If full, is there any usuable spill-over areas?

There is more than one Deep Gap. In fact there are many!:D

I dont think you will have a problem at Deep Gap, NC...was there 2 weeks ago and saw plenty of room as in spaces and room along the sides of the road.
