Was wondering if anybody used these and what they thought about them.

I need just some basic (non-snow) gloves for cold weather and rain protection and found these to be very light and looks like they will fit the bill.

OR is a reputable company. I imagine those are pretty good for what they are. I might get a pair as well. This is the last item I have to buy for my thru.

My final review is that I'm not impressed with the water managment of these gloves. They seemed to always be damp and took forever to dry once wet. Insulation was not very good either. I think I'm going to look into some type of waterproof shell and fleece liner instead.

on my thru I only carried a $15 pair of wool glove liners and I used a pair of socks if I needed more insulation with a March 22 start date.

I may just add an OR BL polypro base liner to these, should keep the wet out and extend the usefulness of the liner.
