New to the area and looking for outdoor buddies. I am an avid fly fisherman and mt. Biker as well. Would love to take trips that combine. I have a suv/truck to haul gear and don't mind driving. Looking to go to any weekend accessible destination.

Welcome to Whiteblaze. WB is a great community of diverse & experienced backpackers. Good guys & gals. Just don't tell them you are a ground dweller, as many WB'ers are hammocking advocates.

If you do not already have plans, put Springer Mountain on your schedule for New Year's Eve.

I go out backpacking 8-10 days a month, drop me a line when you'd like to head out. I also trail run and mountain bike.
