Yikes! No experience with this shoe but with colors that loud at least you won't lose one anywhere.

La Sportiva does have a good rep. Maybe try googling the shoes.

FWIW I have a pair of trail runners (Salomon's) that have a similar all-synthetic construction. I went with them because they breathe well and dry quicker than any other shoe I've owned. Keep in mind that (generally) the lighter the shoe, the less protection it will give you. The midsole is very important on trail runners; you want a stiffer midsole that will protect your soles from fatigue.

Here ya go...zappos.com is usually a decent place to start when researching footwear: http://www.zappos.com/n/p/p/7158498/c/33583.html#reviews

Hmmm...reading thru the reviews I just posted it seems they're for lower volume feet and most people needed to size up. They also seem to have little in the way of underfoot support. If trail runners are saying that about this shoe then they might be a bit skimpy when carrying any sort of load, especially on rocky sections.

heck at that price you could buy them just to use around town or cut the grass
