has anyone here ever tried this stuff? it's called phi plus and is marketed as a "raw whole food" but its basically everything from the bulk food department of the grocery store mixed together. my question is how to make it for myself because it sells for like 12$/lb and even in seattle none of the ingredients cost that much, except maybe the blueberries. anyways i'm preparing for a long hike next summer and want to make a lot of my own food so any tips on making food bars or nuggets or whatever would be helpful, or maybe a website more oriented towards pct or cdt hikers? thanks!

You might also check out the threads in the Food and Nutrition section as well as the the PCT and CDT threads in the Forums section on this site.

Best of Luck
