Did anyone see the movie The Descent? It was a horrible movie and not very realistic but it took place near Shenandoah National Park near the AT. I know the movie wasn't real, but I am wondering if there are any caves open to the public near the AT anywhere along the way. Anyone know? Thanks!

There's quite a few in VA. Don't miss the Luray Caverns.

One of the deepest caves in Tennessee is in the Cades Cove area in the GSMNP.
