Put together some awesome pictures from my archives of a climb in Huntington Ravine. Hope you all enjoy as some of the shots are hard to come by, LOL:) You will see what I mean. The pics are in order of ascent. We go up the crag on the left in the second picture.

I couldn't open up the overhang shot, but the others looked great.

I noticed that you were dragging some of your bear bag rope. Did you pack up in the dark?

WONDERFUL PICTURES, looks like you had bluebird weather for your climb. Last evening at 4pm it was 42 degrees on the summit and according to Chanel 8, that has an observer on top, it didn't get down to freezing (32 degrees) until well after dark. What a weird winter. Surf's up in Baxter Park.

[quote=Boston;298775]Whoops, here is the correct link:

You beat me to it . Odd as it may seem, it was just a bit unnerving being under so many tons of rock hanging over my head:eek:

If a picture paints 1000 words, you've done some major posting tonight, and, I can't help but notice, you have a following already!:) I liked your pics too! Can't wait for more as you have the time to snap 'em and post 'em.

Do you any photos of any A.T.-related, on-topic whitefish?;)

Wow incredible. I've heard that's the toughest trail in the Whites. Amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the great comments on my trip pics. I think that the climb up Pinnacle gulley was easier and faster than than getting the pics posted.
These pics were the best of about 20 pics taken that day, it was one of those rare picture perfect days but the parting shot on the way out (not shown)showed weather moving in fast.
Upgrading soon to a dig camera, may make posting pics easier.
I have also heard this is one of the more technical climbs around but can't say for sure , maybe someone else here knows.
