Only item you forgot was a light and a lighter. I would consider taking a 20 degree bag. I had a night it went down to 8 degrees in April.
You could still eliminate stuff along the way. Don't try now. Except well mayby the chopsticks.

Are there really three threads for this?!?

Once again,

Doesn't look too bad, but you seem to be missing some vitals:

Don't see any fuel for that stove. Add 10-20 oz for that. Bear bag rope? Light source? What about Companion/data book/Wingfoot/maps? Any T-shirts? Initially, your arms will likely get burned in a tank top.

Wondering about that liner, also. 2oz and +15 degrees?!? Waterproof gloves at .75oz?!?

Lose the deodorant, razor, clippers (if knife has scissors). Take some Dr Bronners instead of shampoo/soap.

You have a fleece jacket, vest and shirt. That might be a little much. The fleece shirt and vest will also be carried on warm days. Add all that extra stuff, plus food and water and you are looking at between 35 and 40 pounds. As far food goes 3-5 days worth is usually enough.

Are you going to carry an extra cell phone battery, but not a cell phone (don't see it on the list)? Consider "bouncing" the camera charger.

See you on the trail,

Whew!! I thought I was beginning to see things...If this is going to be the "official" thread, you might want to post something on the other threads to redirect people here.

You should also carry some kind of spoon - maybe lexan or similar. Then when you get enough of that spork and either toss it or send it home you will still have something to eat with.

You might consider a 3-liter collapsible platpus canteen to collect water in. It is much easier to filter water from the canteen than the springs/creeks. It does not add any signicant weight to your pack. Also keeps sediment out of your filter....

I would drop the mirror, deoderant, shampoo, wash cloth (you have a pack towel), cell phone, and I also considered bringing chopsticks but finally decided that I would never use them.

Headlamp? Trekking poles or walking stick?

Also, I'd bring a journal, a pen, and maybe a book to read.

Also Maps and Trail guidebook.

hand sanitizer, ect
I assume the etc. includes toilet paper (or did I miss it?). That is a very valued commodity and unfortunately a space hog. Got to keep it dry.

For hand sanitizer, consider wipes and use them sparingly. I would also drop the razor and mirror, but keep a mini travel size toothbrush & paste. I agree with dropping the washcloth. As crude as it sounds, if I get a shower opportunity, I first wash my dirtiest shirt and use it to scrub the grime off me. Then I re-wash the shirt, ring it out, and hope it dries (put it on if it is a dry day).
