Damascus, Va NOBO Mid-Apr to Mid-May

Hi -
I'm looking for a hiking partner from Damascus, Va NOBO for about a month. Any age, any sex, any experience level is OK with me.

I'm 60 years old, a peace activist, happily married, a wife who doesn't hike, and retired with time on my hands. I did some AT last year. I prefer taking it easy and doing 7 - 12 miles a day - maybe shelter to shelter - with a town break every 5 - 7 days.

My plan is to drive to Durham, NC from Jacksonville, FL and having my daughter drive me to Damascus. I can pick you up on the way, meet in NC, or meet in Damascus. My daughter can pick us up at the end of the hike.

I am taking my little sister on a week hike through SNP the week of april 9th. I doubt we are going to make it very far as she is still young, but maybe we'll see you on the trail. If not enjoy your hike either way.
