I am considering getting a sub 2 lb tarttent that used a hikng pole for support/set up. I am concerned aboutthe ease of set up and the stability of the tarptents, any first hand advice?:rolleyes:

I think that you'll find, in most cases, tarptents by Henry Shires are well-spoken of and stable when pitched correctly for the conditions at hand.
