I hope there are some cute chicas like that when im going through in 08! Any thoughts on that lol
Cute chicas? They hardly showed anyone from the opposite sex or other thru-hikers for that matter. I didn't like the flick.

lol I wasnt referring to the quality of the movie but they showed some pretty decent girls. Im not saying they did any profiles of the ones I thought were cute but I saw some in passing! I was just sayin hopefully there are some good lookin ones cause it would make the trip more fun :)

I am sure that under the grime and hair there are very cute thru-hikers chicks. All they need is a razor and a bar of soap - pretty low maintenance if you ask me!

As for Trek, they did have profiles, but only one about a woman - Deep Sea - I think (?) Still a great movie. I've seen it three or four times. I hope one day women make a movie telling their side of the AT journey. All this testosterone gets to you (I get a ton having a hubby and teenage son around anyway).

I'm gonna go in the den and re-play Trek: To: 1. To see the chicks you're referring to, and 2. to see if I like it any better the second time around..... I found the 1st time that it was kinda boring and not as dynamic as it could have been, but then again, I'm used to watching the Flava Flav show and American Idol, and not much can measure up to that...:cool: :D
