I can't believe I watched all of them.

I think I resemble that after more than 3 days without talking to or seeing anyone.

For people who have spent toooo much time alone in the woods.

I had an actual encounter with one of these guys about 20 years ago while fly fishing on a remote river along the AT in Maine.
It was getting near dusk when I got back to the At with a good catch of pan fry brookies. A hiker was sitting alone next to a small campfire with his head down mumbling to himself about what sounded like mumbo jumbo?
Anyways, as I got right on top of him I said "hey how ya doing" and he about fell over backwards with fright for being so startled.
He was a thru hiker headin for Big K and said he had been hiking alone for some time. He seemed a bit...well you know...off his rocker, like the guy in the video with his ham.
I gave him a couple of brookies which he seemed quite pleased to receive, and left him to his lonesome self.
