It's damn cold, except when it's pleasantly warm. :)
Who are you getting to shuttle you from Chattahoochee Gap?

I live 7 miles from Helen. The mornings of late have been around 22-26 degrees with highs around 40. This weekend is expected to "warm" a little to 59 high and 40 low with 50% chance of rain Saturday and Sunday. The mountains will be much cooler...usually 10-15 degrees.

what do you guys think about this weekend? i was planningto hike saturday, camp that night and leave sunday during the day.
weather.com says there is going to be AM T-storms, but im not sure how severe. the hour by hour report says t-storms starting at 6 AM showers by 9 am and then partly cloudy by 12 in the afternoon.
stay or go?
edit. weather.com says t-storms sunday morning...etc...
the report for saturday is fine all day and then light showers late.
