guy from japan

i was nobo 06 and met a guy from japan (i think). His name was something like terraki legs, or somthing like that. Im pretty sure legs was in it, and the first part was something to do with asia, or japan. I'm sure it will come to me. he was going to complete the trail on his 3rd section i think. I met him in wind gap, pa i think, the end of may. Just wondering if anyone else remembers running into this guy. he was a character, very animated, mostly cuz he didn't know much english, but I remembered he was curious about the amish. And I told him duncannon might be the best spot to get of the trail and see some amish stuff. anywho? anyone meet him?
