Companion says this shelter built by the CCC in 1933. Is it still standing, roof tight?

Still standing, roof is tight but the floor is level with the ground. It gets real dirty. It has a damn good spring and there's good tent sites just past the shelter and up the hill to the right.
A wonderful shelter, the best sleeping place I have ever been. A wonderful Bubbling spring just in front of the shelter lulls you to sleep (unfortunatly, it also made me get up several times to take a leak :jump ) The roof was tight as a drum in 99. 2 nice benches that you can set anywhere, a large cooking shelf on one side & the shelter sits on a nicely graded trail.
Doctari.
Nice location, but RIGHT on the Trail. Planned to stay there but moved on to tellico gap. Just didn't feel great about it. Its very small and kinda nasty, a real original. Its also at a pretty high elevation, i'd prefer to get down a bit.
Wesser Bald shelter is real nice, next time i'll try to hit there in the evening
