Greetings, I am a crew leader for the Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) in Missoula MT. We are in the process of hiring crew members for this up coming season, and have had an overflow of male applicants. However we like to have a good female to male ratio on our crews, so we need some females to join us. Job will involve working in backcountry of the Bitterroot, Pioneer, Ananconda, Mission, and Swan Mountain ranges. You will be spending 7-9 days in backcountry of these wilderness areas working along side the Forest service doing trail Maintainence, stream restoration, and other wilderness projects. This is a great way to give back to what has given us so much. This is an Americorps hiring so you will be given an education award at the end of your service for 2500 dollars and a living stipen of about 400 dollars bi-weekly.
