I have had problems with socks bunching-up near my toes when hiking for years. It is mentally irritating having to stop hiking and pull up my socks, or take off shoes and pull up socks every 45 minutes.
Someone who works at a running shoe store told me that if socks pull down toward toes, is due to wearing too small socks.
If socks bunch-up near heel, your socks are too big.

Maybe a strip of seam sealer on the sole of your foot....

try thin nylon socks. It's what i use for running and backpacking. I buy the cheap ones but the expensive ones last longer.

Try women's socks. In at least some brands, such as SmartWool, they are cut differently, in the heel and maybe elsewhere, and slip less. The theory about which way they slip seems to make sense to me.

maybe it's your footwear. 30,000 miles of running, no blisters, no problems for me. check out your shoes.:)
