any suggestions for a very lightweight solo cook pot for the pepsi can stove

AGG three cup, K-Mart grease pot, the large pot from a Boy Scout mess kit, thrift store specials...
I mention before in another thread, if its just water or soup. Try using a 24oz Heineken keg beer can, I use one with my Pocket Rocket. I cover it with foil and use a old aluminum pot grip.
