Dave Hauver (Marion, Virginia's own) is going to present his DVD in Marion this Sunday evening, July 15, at 6:30 PM at the First United Church in Marion.
I attended PapRazzi's showing of the film of his hike at Trail Days, but the room was not darkened sufficiently. Probably a number of y'all were there too. It was almost impossible to see anything but the promise of a picture. Regardless, the accompanying remarks were worth the effort of being on site :banana that early.
Now he has put it all together, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it. So many of you are rather close by. Maybe, if you make it over here, we could get together before or afterwards for supper. Macados is right around the corner, and Mi Puerto is on north on Main Street. --Kinnickinic
