His last TJ entry was 10 days ago, July 12th 2007. Hammock Engineer posted that he was on a greyhound bus on the way to Maine.
My guess is that he started his thru-hike on July 14th or 15th. I estimate he will be around my area by September 1st.

He's alive and well and has reached the top of Kahatin and down to the first campground per the guy who gave him a ride from Greyhound. (that guy didn't fare so well, but seems to be rallying)

It's hard for us hangers on to realize how hard it is for the hikers to post anything until they get into the routine of the trail. Patience SheDino, play with your toes.
And now he's posting to trail journals. He seems to be doing well.

Yep everything is going good. Taking a nero in Straton, ME now. 180 something miles in and doing fine. My ankle is doing way better. My sister is transcribing my TJ. I told her to delay it a little. I'll have to tell her to pick up the pace a little.
