Forums are bad for my wallet. I figure this will be a good option on some trips instead of the pepsi stove. I thank you for the link, and my wallet hates you for tempting me beyond my willpower.

I've just ordered one via a phone order...they now have 13 left!
Thanks for the tip. I have been wishy-washy about getting a new stove at ~ $100.00 but for 1/2 off I'm all in! :banana

wow... that's awesome...
After waiting forever to boil water in the Shenandoahs on a windy evening a few weeks ago, I took the plunge and just ordered one.
Will be great for my bike trips, too.
So I got mine today!
It says you have to use Jet Boil brand fuel...but do you really have to or is it just a marketing thing? Can I use MSR or something else?
STraight from the source:
http://www.jetboil.com/Contact/FAQ#f20
Can I use Jetboil with other fuel canisters?
Jetboil is compatible with valves made to the EN417 specification, a standard adopted by manufacturers throughout the world. Please note that the product has not been tested with every different type of fuel canister, and we cannot claim safe operation with any canister other than our Jetpower brand of fuel.
Mine got here too. No, any brand of micro cannister will work. I like the snowpeak cannisters cause they are cheaper around here
I "suspect" that the Jetboil, MSR and Kovea canisters are all made in the same factory.

MSR is still having production problems and haven't been able to bring their new "Reactor" model to market yet. I'm kind of waiting to see how it does.

Pay with your bank card, but do it as a credit card if it will let you. You paycheck should be in before it gets deducted from your account if you deposit your check right away. Just a thought, depends on your bank's speed of processing and all that.
Soo yeah. I just got home from getting fuel. I've never had a stove before so I want to test it out.
I got an MSR fuel canister....And it has 2 dents in it that I didn't notice when I bought it, not sure how, it's pretty obvious...Is that bad? Can I still use it without killing myself?
msr cannisters are wide, not sure if they will fit into the bottom of the stove. I usually use jetboil or snowpeak cannisters
