Hilleberg the RAJD is a tarp tent. Better than a tarp not as good as a tent Weights in at 2.2 lbs. You do need your hiking poles. Its pricey at $315.00 If you need a little more than a tarp this is for you. Extremley roomy for one comptarable for two. Takes up little room in the pack. Uses 10 stacks. It has two doors and sets up really easy. I have used mine quite a bit and the only drawback is its not so great in a strong wind. But works well in rain. Condensastion isnt as big a problem as a tarp because you have such great head room. I like this shelter when i need to go light and know the weather is not going to be snowy.
