I am having the toughest time finding information on the North Carolina Sea to Shore Trail. Does it marry up to the AT? Any info on sites to visit is appreciated. Thanks
It's called the Mountains to Sea Trail and runs from Clingman's Dome to the Atlantic.

I'd imagine a Sea to Shore trail would be rather short, no?

Okay Deeddawg, ya owed me that one for the post on hammocking. But I bet my chance of completion would be rather high on a nice short trail. But I have already been to the beach today in my shorts and sandals, had lunch and looked for beach glass. Darn tomarrow is suppose to be more of the same........

There is an awesome book about this trail by Allen De Hart entitled "Hiking North Carolina's Mountain-to-Sea Trail"

Just got back from the library and they are ordering it. Being as this is NC they thought that it would be a good buy.
