Hi well here is the pictures of the new Coleman stove the Finger Guard is to stop you from geting burn, Got this at walmart.

Probably the first thing I would do is trip off all that plastic and the finger guard - then see how much it weighs.

I have the older model and have never been burned lighting it. It boils 4 cups in about 3 1/2 minutes. I'll be testing some alky stoves during my section next weekend, including one Zelph made, but the Peak is my staple. Only because when Sunny's Surplus went out of business this year I got it for $15.
So I'm cheap, sue me.

Well used for only being 6 months old, but light, and as was pointed out, no plastic-ey crap to get in the way. :)
