LeeIt's maintained by the Mountain High Hikers (http://www.mountainhighhikers.org/) but they're a hiking club so don't qualify as a 'formal' association.

Get trail, hard and wild makes a great loop also! I figured no one tok care of it at all lol.
ahh, the old hell trail. the construction of the DRT makes it a little difficult for maintenance. love it. never see anybody.
