Can yor freeze a bladder bag?

I have a Nalgene bladder bag and want freeze it drink it at work... will it bust the bag..any ideas and suggestions?

I've frozen one of those laminated plastic platypus bags and an MSR dromlite with no immediate ill effects. Not sure if it would weaken it long term though.

Make sure there is enough dead space in the bag to allow for expansion of the liquid.

The instructions for my Cyclone bag say to fill it three-quarters when freezing. I've discovered it's a good idea to put a silicone sheet under it, so it doesn't freeze to the shelf.
