I am looking for a specific poster, not sure who the photographer is. But let me attempt to describ it for you.
The poster has a photo of a hiker nealed before the sign on the summit of katahdin, the air around him is foggy.
I remember seeing this at miss jannets this past spring.

It's called "THE END OF THE JOURNEY" ...but I don't know to whom the original photo was credited. I bought a copy from Winton at the Walasi-Yi store (Neels Gap) and framed it.

:sun I have one of these posters. I have it framed and hanging in my bedroom. You can purchase them from Appalachian Trail Conservancy, at least that is where I got mine. Give them a try.

its just a cheap black metal frame with a clear plexi-glass cover. the poster was around $18 new so my wife says, and the frame was around $10 new, so my wife says. (she bought it for me a few years back)
so no, that would not include shipping. but shipping to VA via media mail shouldnt be more than $5 I wouldnt think. send me a check for $18 and we'll call it even.

Sorry that I mis-informed you on the "End of the Journey" Print. ATC tells me that they sold their last one a few weeks ago and are not planning to reprint. I apologize to you for that bit of faulty info. :D

Call the ATC office in Harpers Ferry. They may have a few.
Also, the gift shop at Amicolola Falls had some this past spring. I bought one there.
