Trail name was "Buffalo Bob". He thru-hiked twice and fell down several times. Thought the Whites were tough but one of his favorite parts of the trail nonetheless. Also had a broken tooth extracted by a fellow hiker. The ATC lady was very sweet in her comments to the reporter about the number of hikers in their 60s.
