Will the trees have leafed out by ealy to mid may on the NC/TN part of the trail? Possibility of snow? Daytime temps? Nighttime temps? Anyone who has experience, if you can message me or just post here so I can pick your brain, I would be eternally grateful.

They will have leaves. Snow - probably not. Daytime temps? Well at high altitude it can still get down in the 30s at night and in the low grounds you can be up to the 70s in the daytime.
