Water Availability Cow Camp Shelter

We are hiking to Cow Camp Shelter this weekend 10/20 and was wondering if the creek at the shelter is flowing? Will also hike to Seely shelter the following weekend 10/27. Haven't been here before so don't know what sources are around.
