I Have To Finish Mass. In 2008 Before I Finish Va. Had To Cut Hike Short In 2007 But Finished N.y.-conn. Need To Know When The Nbo Go Throu There So I Can Hook Up With Them

Mid-June and into July would be my guess to find the main head of NOBOS in Mass.
When ever I hike on the AT in Mass in late and June and through July I always see atleast one thru hiker.

The middle of the NOBO pack reaches Kent CT around July 10 in a typical year (this date comes from "AT Hiking Rates, Section by Section," in the WB articles section) so they would be in the section you mention between the 10th and 20th of July.
