Tough couple months for the packaged rice and pasta industry. Maybe he and Mr. Ramen can talk shop in that great grocery aisle in the sky.

Mr. Spam has surprising survival instincts. First as a "food" item, now as junk email, what's next?

Mac and Cheese.

Actually, I met Mac and Cheese, a couple who were thru hiking a number of years back. And yes, his name was Mac, although he didn't spell it that way except for on the trail.

Fluffy cake layered with creme and strawberry jelly, then rolled into a yummy treat! Individually wrapped six to a carton.

These are the best when you're s. . . err, hiking.:)

CORRECTION. They donated a bunch of stuff for an event I coordinated about 3 years ago, and I picked up the donation. McKee Foods is very generous in that regard.

Yes they do. Never been there myself though.I have and it is awesome. I think Collegedale should be considered as a site for The Gathering - small college town with plenty of open land for a group camp and motels / eateries (including some excellent vegetarian options) nearby..... and a Little Debbie outlet store. It doesn't get much better than that.

It is also a hop, skip and a jump from the Chickamauga Chattanooga National Military Park (http://www.nps.gov/chch/). The first National Park dedicated to study the Civil War.

There are no pictures of the top secret Little Debbie Outlet. However, once in Collegedale, it is impossible to miss.

Geez, *.D., haven't you heard about the terrorists using "Google Earth" to help them with their target selection?

Well, when they come for the Little Debbie factory, we'll know who to blame........ :D

Jack, you silly boy, terrorists would never target Collegedale because of the luscious treats in the city. All world religions recognize the sanctity of the holy virgin, Little Debbie.

Damn, that's the second time in five minutes that my use of the Capital Letter Eff (I'm sure you can figure out what I mean) has been turned into an asterisk.

Anyone other than me think that the bad word and cuss filtering mechanisms here are getting out of hand?

I suspect that this is being done to prevent the usage of that horrible phrase W*T** (you can eliminate the asterisks) but when it gets to the point that you can't even print someone's name here without running afoul of a censor, I think that's a bit much.

Jack Tarlin
10-27-2007, 14:51
Damn, now you can't even spell Double-You-Tee-Eff with asterisks!

What's up with that? :D

I bet they come for "moosecock" soon.......

Frolicking Dinosaurs

I've already gotten two PMs on the subject. Only admins - not us lowly moderating types - can change the filters.

Capital "Eff" by its lonesome is now Verboten. The censors work night and day to stay ahead of us Tourettes sufferers.

For sure that is a very funny word but I'm surprised *** is the one that got the notice. If censorship is a must, why 'vulgarity' over angry contention. Never mind, I'm sure a filter can't help that.
Besides, what if I want to shorten 'Wait Til Friday?' I mean, you know. . .***?
