Yes. Good book. Suggest you read on TrailJournals first. Postcard documented his AT on there. Look at this years also. He started the PCT, but left to deal with family issues. The book does have more "stuff" in it than the TJ does.

I'm reading it now. It looks just like a trail journal. Really easy and enjoyable read.
