water south of Rockfish Gap, VA?

Hello, I'm a SoBo in Waynesboro and just realized the great water info I got from the ATC office does not have the status of any water South of here. Any detailed water info would be greatly appreciated by me and the group of 14 other SoBo's spread a couple of days apart. Thank you very much.

For starters, Paul C. Wolfe shelter should have a good running stream next to it, and a bit futher on, you may be able to get water (0.25 off trail) from a spigot or drinking fountain at Humpback Mtn. picnic area. Your next water after that is probably at Maupin Field shelter.
