they are my local outfitter...haven't really dealt with there online stuff that much. but there staff is amazing, they are very helpful, they take returns for almost anything. i would say they could compete with any outfitter on the trail in service and knowledge about hiking. a lot of the staff has either thru-hiked or attempted a thru-hike. some of them on the other NST's as well. it looks like im advertising for them but i'm really just a very satisfied customer.

I bought some stuff from them without problems. They have some good deals on their odd sizes and old models.

Yea, ordered a granite gear pack from them one Monday morning. Had it by Wednesday. Awesome sales. Saved a hundred bucks on that pack.

I ordered a Nimbus Ozone from them last month, and they even swapped out the hip belt for one more suited to my aging waist line. They have great customer service.
