LL Bean sleeping bags

Does anyone have any expereince with these bags? I assume they would be made good since the other products they make are rather good. I am looking at this one in particular.

The same weight as Feathered Friends and Western Mountaineering, a lower fill power (though a slight chance in hell comparable), no other real specifics given, and less than half the price.

I'd bet that their temperature rating is optimistic. I'd guess 10-20F, would be more comparable to high-end bags.

YMMV, but you generally get what you pay for.

I have two 0 degree, two 20 degree and two 40 degree rectangular down LL Bean sleeping bags. There are lots of bags that will do the same job. That is about half of my sleeping bags. The quality of LL Bean products has been dropping but the warranty is still solid. For me it’s all about guessing what the temps will be on my hike in advance. I carried a 20 degree on my thru. I’ve hiked in the rain, set up in the rain, camped in the rain….I have no problem with down.
