Water report thread

What is the water situation on the southern AT? Which shelters have dry or nearly dry water sources?

I'd like this thread to have reports for the entire drought-stricken southern half of the trail, but for myself I'm interested in SW Virginia starting with the 100 miles north of Damascus.
