I also have a LLBean Primaloft jacket it has a hood the nice thing about the primaloft
it will keep you warm even when wet. What do you guys think :-?

The primaloft will dry quicker but I am not so sure about it still keeping you warm when
wet. JMO.
If it is just a camp/sleep jacket you are using it in camp so you're not going to get it wet unless you stay out in the rain or mist too long without moisture protection. I'd consider the weight and warmth of each and also the functionality if you have to use it as a layer if it gets really cold.
FWIW, I am going with a Primaloft jacket, Fleece vest, capilene top and frog togg rainshell.
