zipsticks - beef jerky

i bought some zipsticks a few days ago to try out as a trail snack in 2004 - very good! they're light, tasty, and they'll last for a good long time. ive traded email with the owner, and he says in about 4 months they dry out a little more, and they'll still be fine in 6 months, unrefrigerated. comes several "sticks" per re-sealable ziplock baggie - they do bulk orders too. max's maple is excellent!
