I would think you could make a cool little quiche, does flaky crust dough travel well or I wonder if you could use phyllo dough on trail, mmmmm. You could make jerky pot pies and such. :)

It's easy enough to mix eggs, cheese and other ingredients in a ziplock, then drop that in a pot of boiling water and let it cook. Once done to your liking, squeeze onto toast,crackers, or whatever. No muss no fuss.

Real men do in fact eat quiche.

Just call it a fancy omelet, when you get north.
