If anyone wants to send flowers, there will be a memorial service for Miss Emerson at 2:00p.m., Friday, January 11, at Central Presbyterian Church, 380 Alps Road, Athens, GA.
Terry Ziemer, office manager for the church, said that the flowers will be placed in the Gathering area of the church where the family will be receiving guests after the service.
Meredith was the goddaughter of members at Central Presbyterian. She also worked in the church nursery while a student at UGA.
