I am slowly building a site and I don't know how to get around the site yet. I tried to add you to my list but it asked me a security question ... your last name or your email address.

pimp myspace is a good place to get backgrounds, the way to do it is find what you want copy the code, go to Edit Profile and where it says "hobbies" or "music" or "about me" go and paste the code, be sure to save and then view profile to see what others will see when visiting your site.

For pictures I use photobucket or picture trail.

we are set on private, this is also in settings, I think under spam, but this is simply because we have photos of our babies, ask and we'll add ya- and try to assist you if we can!

Just what BipolarStroller said...copy and paste is the easiest way to build the site...and for all my pics on my main page, I mostly used photobucket too, can copy and paste again.

I have a Myspace account, but it is a private account. I use it to stay abreast of what my younger grandkids and older great-grandkids are up to.

i got the same problem, i wasnt to busy to help them with their shoes, homework, build a tree fort, tune my car dad, got any money dad, watch the grandkids dad, but set up a myspace, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! WE'RE TOO BUSY:D:D

LW, there are a lot of strange people on Myspace, but if you set your profile to friends only then you can block them. We use it to stay on top of what the older teen grandkids are into and to send cute messages to the great-grandkids. If parents set it up correctly, it is a pretty safe place for little kids to share messages with other little kids and family that parents have allowed to have access. The little kids can't allow anyone into their circle of friends and no one outside can 'see' them. The older teens have more freedom and that's one of the reasons I'm out there.

Login to myspace; at your 'home' page, there's a blue bar near the top that has "Home/Browse/Search/Invite" etc. on it; click on 'Search' and enter the person's name. Try that and see if it works.

I guess I'm a woman of many monikers. LOL My online nick is Saturnine Fey or just Fey. My trail names are Tenacious Tanasi or Shell-no e-y.

My teen daughter got me started on both of these. With myspace, I really have enjoyed playing with the layout and such. The creative part of it is very addicting. I also really like finding really kewl music on there.

I haven't been able to get into Facebook that much. It's alright I guess, but I think I prefer myspace over it.
