I plan on wearing a yellow ribbon for Meredith Emerson on my Thur-Hike just wonder if any one else is planing on wearing one . :(

I think I read something about some of the gals wearing a pink ribbon on their boots.Man enough to pull that one off? :D Just kidding. Memorialize Meredith in your own way, don't sweat what others are doing. If it works for you, that's all that matters.

It has been mentioned that green was Meredith's favorite color, and some are wearing green ribbons in her memory, but as Hooch says, do what works for you.

At SoRuck this past weekend, some of the ladies had on a ribbon for Meredith along with other ribbons on their name tags. I don't remember off the top of my head what color they were, but I'm sure one of the gals will chime in and bring a quick answer to that.

The ladies used black for the 'remember Meredith' ribbon - they already had blue, yellow and green ribbons in use for other meanings.

Ladies on the "Women's hiking List" wear a trio of blue-yellow-green to alert each other that they are members. (As a cyber group we do not always know what one of our hiking buddies actually looks like. The day and age of electronics.) Some of us have added a black ribbon for M.E. which we will wear for one year and then remove.

I saw somewhere a green, yellow, and possibly blue ribbon which was being worn in memory of Meredith. Not sure where it was. Anyone else see it?
