I am planning on taking a titanium snowpeak stove and was wondering if anyone know if there is any places to resupply butane/propane mix fuel along the trail.

The commonly available fules along the trail are white gas (Coleman) and alcohol. If you plan to use canisters, then you will probably find them at the outfitters along the way. Read the ALDHA Companion or Wingfoot's Handbook for the location of outfitters. Locations include Neels Gap, Hot Springs, Damascus, Waynesboro, Harpers Ferry, Kent among others.

Add Daleville, Virginia to the list. There's a new outfitter not half a mile "west" on US-220 in a mall (along with a grocery store, UPS store, and coffee shop!).

I also use an iso-butane SnoPeak stove for my section hikes and swear by them for their ease of use and speed. However, if I was considering a thru-hike, then I would probably switch over to an alcohol stove. It's tough to acquire, measure, and properly dispose of canisters.
