Great clip. Amazing how much respect and emotions they show for their prey.

Powerful vid. Honoring the creature's spirit that will feed his family. Seems quite naturally as is should be.

It is pretty amazing. But I can see why everyone else gave up this particular method of hunting.

He was wearing tennis shoes.
Even the aborigines are going soft.
I think I'd be eating lots of tortoise and berrys.
Chasing a critter that way would surely make the meat tough. But a man's gotta eat.

A 7mm Magnum is MUCH more humane.

For the animal, sure, but a 7 mag would fold that skinny fella's shoulder back so far that he would have a built in scabbard. :D

Personally,I think it would have made a great ad for running shoes.
And follow it up with a catchy slogan like "Wear our(insert sneaker brand)
whenever you have to run out for dinner."
I can hear the howls from the politically correct crowh already ringing
in my ears.

That does give a new meaning to the term "fast food".
Easiest hunt he ever had, no chance to lose his dinner. He just had to watch where the helicopter they used for filming was circling.

This would certainly solve the obesity problem in America.

I'm sure PETA would agree.
So does the 'runner' get an extra portion? :-?

I'll do this someday.
I will too with a Barnes X at 2800 fps.

I think you'd find that the other guys get to lug the carcass back to the village. And the hunters usually get to eat the organ meats, especially liver, at the kill. Don't know about those guys, though. It's a matter of rights but also of meat preservation. You eat what goes bad first, while it's fresh. Then you only lug what will stay fresh. I'd be really interested in what they did with the bones, and other stuff. People in that kind of situation don't waste anything unless it costs them more to use it than to leave it.

Thanks for sharing, that was truly amazing
Cool. You can see why humans developed better killing methods though...
