I don't see a small knife like a Swiss army knife or a small leatherman Micra.
An Ipod so you don't forget what music sounds like.
a pair of shorts to wear wile you are washing your pants.
Some people like to have a watch, Camp shoes and soap of some kind, compass.
I don't think you will really need the whistle or suture kit.
Chem lights are heavy compared to LED light.

I think your would be better off with a warmer bag for a march start.
20* rating would be better.
And besides the 2 T-shirts I don't see a heaver full size shirt.

We have been doing this section for the past few years usually after the 15th of March, just as Panzer1 warns, it can get mighty cold later in the month. There has been mornings in the teens along with ice and snow so be careful. I carry a 20* and Stinger will take a 10* bag. We will be out from the 17th to the 30th along this section. I can't wait to hit the trail, have a great hike...Swamp Dawg

No tent? I didn't notice one on the list.
Also, you have two lights listed. One should do. (headlamp)

Switch the Nalgene out for a 1L Platypus or a Gatorade or Aquafina bottle.
Ditch the titanium mug unless you particularly need it for something.
Forget the spork and knife, get a lexan spoon. Spork doesn't work very well as a spoon, you don't need a fork.
Ear plugs. Sun screen if you burn. Consider baby butt wipes.
Some would argue but I think three pairs of socks is better than two.
Get a small carabiner and read up on the PCT method of bearbagging.
Unless the lighter is very light, get a mini Bic. They are pretty dependable. Get a bright color so you don't lose it.
Lose the ground cloth.
You just need one pair of undershorts, get some cheap light nylon shorts to do laundry in if you're planning to do laundry.
Lose the chemical light and the lantern. Just get a new batteries for your headlight. It's all you need.
Suture kit you don't need. You can hold yourself together with duct tape to get to the E.R. It hurts to sew yourself up and it's hard to see what you're doing with all the blood. They have injections to stop the pain and bleeding in the E.R., you need to clean the wound first, and may need antibiotics.
I don't think you need a mirror, you won't be in the wilderness, but I hate to discourage people from carrying safety equipment.
Multivitamins are good to take.
Do you have a waterproof food bag and waterproof stuffsacks for at least your spare clothes and sleeping bag? If not get some compactor bags or turkey bags.
if you see a girl on the trail wearing these i suggest you run or use bear spray

Isn't the Hubba Hubba a two man tent?
Also I would carry an extra water bottle in case your camel back leaks..
What is the weight of everything?

Thank you everyone for all your help.
First I have used this bag up in NC where I visit atleast 4x a year and i love it, i am a very warm sleeper. I do have a couple of tyvek stuff sack that I have made and work well here in FL during the monsoons that we get so im sure they will work fine, but i forgot to put them in. I think I will add another pair of socks. And I am 6'4" and 235lb so I use a two preson tent for the extra room, I dont mind the extra weight and that tent is only 3 11oz. The suture kit is so I dont have to get off the trail for the er. I am a paramedic and I would perfer to just due it myself and get it over with, ive seen what open wounds can do. Forgot the Ipod, Pathfinder watch w/ compass, ear plugs, and a small gerber single blade. Thanks again for all the input.
I'm planning the same hike this year but starting May 3. Have a great time, I plan to!
and a small gerber single blade.
Do you have anything to open a can or bottle with?

You might get hungry, so some food is a good idea.
I use flour tortillas, and make peanut better and jelly with those, or use them to make burritos from whatever I boil up. They are very light weight, and won't go bad as fast as bread.
