rgr. also, I advise earplugs for the campground. that babbling tye river gets kind of annoying. plus there is always people and dogs and who knows what walking around at nite.

oh, ok, bad assumption on my part- when you said crabtree falls, I always think of that campground. 826 is quite a road. me and daks went up that road and I thought the switchbacks and streams would never end. you can park right where the AT crosses if ya want.

That's exactly where I intend to make camp & take the AT 2 the Priest & BlueBlaze 2 the falls.....I should be there Thurs thru Mon (at the least) if ya wanna stop by 4 a beer or java....I have very noticeable Blue van (pictured in my gallery) so I'll be easy 2 spot..
