Ok here is my list. Thanks Wrongway for you list. It made it much easier to plan this out. Tear it up everyone

Not having to deal with mail is a major plus. It's easy to resupply along the way with those exceptions. At most of those you could get a nearby bigger town with a good size grocery store and cut it down further but it's easier just to pick up a box.

The only problem with mostly buying along the way is if you're on a tight budget. It's easy to over spent in town with a pocket full of money. If you buy in bunk and have your drops all set up at least you know you have food for the entire hike.
