hey guys, lately i have been on the search for a particular AT poster, i think it is called something like "the long journeys end" or something along those lines. It is a poster of a thru-hiker finishing thier thru-hike on Katahdin, with them hugging the sign in typical Katahdin weather...fog and rain. I saw it in various outfitters along my way to Maine, but can't find it online. If anyone can help me out and help me find a place online or point to an outfitter i can get in touch with i would really appreciate it. Thanks in a advance guys

It's no longer in print. I've been trying to find one for a year now and no luck so far.

Maybe one of the outfitters still has a couple?
Let the ATC know you'd like a copy, maybe with enough interest they could have it reprinted.
That poster was sold by the ATC. I got one for my hiking partner for Christmas in 2006. I didn't know they were going to stop making them, otherwise I would have bought another one for me. I looked rather extensively for about a year for one. I wound up winning one at SoRuck this year along with another poster of Katahdin. :D You may want to keep your eye out on eBay, you never know what you'll find there.
well ****... anyone else know where i can get one, or anyone want to sell me one?

I used to want it before I did the trail - but now I have my own shot on Katahdin that I like better. :)
But it is a good pic.
yeah i have my own too, but i'm not sure i want to blow up my own katahdin picture to the size of a poster and put it on my wall

I think that is the best hiking poster for any trail.
Someday I'll put it in a nice frame. That is how much I like the poster...
There has to be some outfitter out there that still has it?
